Auto Body shops maintain and run a variety of equipment and processes that create a variety of hazardous air pollutants, such as dust particles, paint overspray, welding fumes and smoke. Once these pollutants are airborne, they not only create dust or film on everything in the shop but are hazardous to the health and safety of workers. Air filtration and ventilation are the biggest values in operating a safe and healthy work environment.
